I recommend Pennzoil
I use 5w30(Pennzoil) in mine. Always have in all my cars and have had no problems. I use a heavier weight in my Honda though. When my supercharger goes on, I will switch to Mobil 1 synthetic.
I would change all the fluids if I were you. Coolant, tranny(auto or stick), and rear end oil.

I would never run penzoil. It has a bad habbit of gumming up after 3000 miles, especially if the car is in a hot environment. 10w40 might not be a bad idea, but also keep in mind that 10w30 has the highest concentration of crude oil which makes for more durable oil and lubricates slightly better then does the 10w40.
