ovc wire looms

ovc wire looms

I was told that I could drill out the ovc wire looms to fit my msd 8.5 wires. anyone know what size bit I need?

8.5mm

that's it...

or you can just match up some of the spare wire with spare drill bits till you get it right.

I'm using the Moroso Wire Separators, they're cheap and universal to fit all plug wires 7mm - 9mm --

are the wire separators mounted to anything , could i see more pics ?

how much did the wires cost are those unaversail msd wire kit ?

Here is a close-up of the Passenger side:


The wires and separators I purchased from a local speed shop for about $100. It is a specific LT1 Kit, but all the wires you have to cut and terminate yourself.

The separators aren't mounted to anything, literally I'm using them to keep everything organized. However, I zip-tied them all over to keep them in place while cruising.

I am also using the Taylor High Temp Silicone Heat Sleeves.

What more pictures do you need? It is extremely straight forward. The driver's side I only have the plug wires for the last two cylinders going up and over, it was easiest to run the first two straight underneath because it'd keep them further away from the header primaries.
