Overheating Z28

hi i just bought a 93 camaro z28.and it over heats in like 10 minutes.it has a new water pump and thermastat.the fan's work on both speeds i checked that and it dosen't have white smoke. I' m going with that it has a clogged radiator. But I might be wrong. the fluid dosent seem to be flowing in the radiator and like i said its overheating quickly.that's why i think its that.what I' m asking is could there be any other causes.any help woud be much appreciated thanks.

Might check the thermostat and make sure it wasn't put in upside down. Also, while you got it out, stick it in a pan of boiling water to see if the thermo opens.Check your bottom radiator hose and see if is collapsing. There is a sensor on the radiator I think,it does something, but maybe someone can chime in,as I never had to replace mine(93).The thermostat should be a good one Iv'e read here.I only use G.M.Hope this helps.(But I wouldn't drive it till it's fixed).My02

Hopefully you reinstalled the water pump coupler with the new water pump?

How hot is it getting? Because these cars are meant to run at around 200-210 stock. The fans don't even kick on till that temp. How do you know the coolant isn't flowing in the radiator? Could just be some air pockets if you changed it recently.

Did you bleed out all of the air after changing your waterpump, t-stat , etc. ?
