pace setter header kit
Im looking to buy the pace setter long tube headers and y pipe kit for the camaro. Are they a good brand and should I get the black painted or spend the extra money for the coated ones. And they dont have the air and egr hook ups, how do I get away with that.

Re: pace setter header kit
The cera-metallic coating is strongly recommended:
-keeps engine compartment cooler
-makes a couple extra HP
-keeps the headers from oxidizing (rusting) due to extreme heat
-reduces heat cycle cracking of the welds.
What you need in the way of emissions (EGR/AIR) is determined by where you live, and what emissions testing or visual checks you have to pass.
I'm guessing from your screen name you have a 95 Z28. You need to add a "Signature" with basic info about your car - year, model, engine, trans and any major mods. Helps people answer your questions more accurately.
