Pacesetter Guys Inside!!

Ive just installed my set of pacesetter LT's last night, it was a breeze, anyway im having some problems w/ my matching pace setter y-pipe, it is the y pipe w/ no cats, on my drivers side, i cant get the y pipe to slide onto the collector of the header, im waiting for my buddy right now but i was wondering if i can get that ypipe on w/ out unbolting my header, could i gently pry the collector down a little, hopefully you guys can help me with this one, thanks.

I didnt have much of a problem with the Y-pipe (3 peices right?). Is your drivers side header hitting anything and not really bolted up right? Its close to the steering thing.

you can try to bend the collector down a little, or just wedge the y pipe on there. I wrestled with mine for a few minutes and it slid on.... I wish it was the flange style though.

I had to pull the collector down using the y-pipe.
