Part number

Anyone have the part number for the rubber hose that connects the PCV valve to the metal tube?
Mine got messed up and I am using a straight hose but it bends sharply ad I think it is causing a restriction in the system.

GM PART # 12551389 for the rubber elbow that connects at the front of the intake, below the TB.
