Parts required for cam swap

Parts required for cam swap
I had a lifter come apart in my LT1. Since I have to pull the intake off anyways to get to the lifter, I think I might as well stab in my LT4 hotcam.
Help me ensure I get all the proper parts for my swap.
Front timing gasket set:
-timing cover gasket
-water pump gaskets
-front main seal
Intake gasket set:
-intake gaskets
-throttle body gasket
Pushrods:
help me pick a set of good hardened pushrods. Can someone provide me a link from summit or a reputable sponsor? I'm having trouble with summit's search funtion right now.
Lifters:
Since I had one explode on me, I might as well replace them all. Can someone recommend/link me to a good lifter set?
Are there any other parts I'll need that I haven't listed? I've had alot of trouble the past couple months with an unreliable valvetrain. I'd really like to take my time, use high quality parts, and do this right the first time.
BTW, I already have lunati springs, 1.6rr's installed, and a hotcam in a box in my garage.

You'll need RTV for the intake and it also works to keep the water pump gaskets on while you install it. I like the Copper High Temp, but Ultra Black works, too. Some others like The Right Stuff, but it's up to you.
You don't have to use assembly lube on the cam, but it's only a couple bucks and it couldn't hurt to put it on the bearing surfaces. Just some oil on the lobes is fine.
You'll also need everything for a full oil change. No matter what you do, dirt and grit will get in the motor. Once the motor runs for a minute after you're done, change the oil right away. There is no break in for a cam swap.
You need coolant. I went ahead and did a full flush when I did the cam swap. Prestone I think has both a flush and a kit to make it a little less messy.
Pushrods: I'd suggest getting chromemoly in 7.2". They are more expensive than the hardened ones, but are worth it.

Lifters: Just get Crane stock replacements. You will probably get suggestions for LS7 lifters, but I haven't had any experience with them and stock replacements are fine for your application.

don't forget AC refridgerant unless you want to risk snapping the condesor line by bending it
I'd say hardened pushrods ($30 brand new from comp) or more than enough for a hotcammed car, it's not like he's going to be revving to moon and have .600+ lift

I just looked up those lifters on gmpartsdirect, and they were only $108 for a set. Comp or GM lifters were $230, and advance autoparts had an el cheapo chinese set for $166.
Frankly, I wouldn't mind getting the LS7 lifters, due to their RPM capability and the LOW LOW price. WHat pushrods do I need with those? Aren't the stock pushrods for the LT1 7.05"? What p-rods do I need for the LS7 lifters?

I think I"m gonna call thunder tommorrow, and just have them set me up with a complete, fool proof, bolt in kit.
Shoebox's guide will be my bible.
