PCM not getting power causing no fire and no injector pulse

I have a 96v6 bird that has been completely transplanted with an lt1. I bought the car like this, not running. The problem being no fire at the coil and no injector pulse. After replacing the opti, coil and icm I concluded it was the PCM. I replaced. No go. I then sent the PCM to Solomon and had it tuned and vats deleted. Wall the wires going into the PCM are in place. Im just not getting it the power. It's getting power to The PCM power feeds and all grounds are good. Anybody got an idea?

The first thing I would have done is verify all the swap wiring was done correctly. Did you do that?

Yes, all the correct wires are coming into the PCM. From every thing I can find since the donor car was also a 96, the in dash wiring harness should work. I have traced some of the wires to make sure and they were in place. Is there any certain wire going into the firewall I should look for that could cause my problem?

You're getting uninterrupted power to the PCM, coil and injectors during cranking, right?

I get power to the PCM, icm and coil. But not the injectors.

Check the wires to the PCM. Without the signal from the PCM you get no injector pulse. The opti connectors are easily damaged so look at the pins to make sure they aren't bent and remove any connection.

Also, remember to plug it back in when you're finished....chuckle.

Re: PCM not getting power causing no fire and no injector pulse

Sorry for not being more clear. I was testing at the PCM. I have power going out to coil and icm. I also have power to PCM at black pin 15,30 and 31. There is no power going to distributer or injectors. I know my harness to opti is good because I jumped a wire from my battery feed to black pin 14 and got power down to the distributer. This also let the injectors pulse. But I still wasn't getting fire at the coil. Very frustrating, I very much appreciate everyone's help.
