people with cutout...seems slower?

IMH-borrowed-O, yes louder feels faster AND cutouts improve torque accross the board. BUT your car is superloud at much lower RPMs. You think your haulin and you look down at your tach and notice that your only at 2000 rpms..... thats when you feel slower.
