Pic of LT4 Composite Valve Covers w/ MBA trim kit

I got a sweet deal on this LT4 Composite Valve Covers w/ MBA trim kit and it turned out to be the best looking valve covers I've seen yet. Might even suppress rocker noise and knock retard.

Passenger Cover $32.25 new off ebay
Drivers Cover $95.36 and Mobile 1 Cap New $7.27 from Lattof Chevrolet
8 LT4 Studs $28.64 New
MBA Billet Trim kit $38.00 from Focuztech

Total of 201.52+14.95 shipping

They came with the valve cover gaskets, upper bolt seals, and breather grommet.

Thanks. Ya, those GM Parts are expensive even with the killer deal I got on them. I'll get a picture on the car tomorrow when I install them.

Please post your results whether the rockers sound quieter or not.

I posted the rest of the pics today. The fit and seal was perfect. There were no modifications necessary for 1.6 Harland Sharpe Rockers and GM guideplates.

I did notice the valvetrain was a little quieter however my valvetrain was quiet before so I really don't have much to compare it to.

I didn't have any problem with knock retard before so once again I can't say if it helped at all.

I will say this. These really look professional and compliment the engine bay very well.

Why the hell are those valve covers so DAMN expensive? I like the way they look, good job. I think I'm gonna start combing ebay for a set.

Looking Good!!! I have a set also,(link in Sig.) but would like to know more about the inserts, I looked on Focuztech web site but can't find them?

As for the sound of the RR it does make a difference!!! I don't know about with the ECM but to the ear it's quieter.
