pictures as changing opti tomorro

Hi
All the threads from lt1 engine .com as such like seem to not come up any more, i had a good picture & step by step guide saved on computor, waited for opti to get to england, (through volcano dust, 4 weeks later) & all the information has gone?? any one got any links please?

Heres one for a corvette, but its opti + water pump.

I havent done one myself, so I can't speak to the process but it seems very detailed.

Graet thanks for your help , all done, the old one was not that bad when i looked in , but there is a little black box with mitsuibishi sign on which could be knackered! changed water pump as well, dont know why i seem happy as just cost me £700
