plannin on doin a fan switch install...problem

plannin on doin a fan switch install...problem

i was lookin over the install skims. on http://users.oco.net/xero/fanmod/ and while looking at the pictures, then looking at my car, i dont have the 3 harnesses that are under the hood on the passenger side fender.. wtf?

i dont have those. i have a 1993 camaro Z28 lt-1. how could i wire this?

Just look for the connector. In earlier years, it was closer to the pcm. Look by the hood strut lower mount. It will have the wires you need in it.

Yea I did it on my '94 but only the low fans come on! Is there any way to wire in the high fans on a '94?

You may not have high/low speed fans. It depends on how many fan relays you have. If you wire it just like the link in the first post, you should be able to control either primary/secondary or high/low speed fans, whichever you have.

just to make sure, you did get the 3 way switch, right?

I do have the 3 way switch....the high fans kick on when the car gets hot enough (both LED's come on) and only the lows fans come on when I flip the switch either way!
