Yeah, i just got everything tore down, those wires on the pass side are a Bitc$, once i get the headers on, i'll see what i'm up against.
2000GTP, i found the 4th o2 sencer, now all i need are those bongs you were talking about to cap off the 2 rear o2s, can they be bought at a local parts house ??

I was talking about the 02 simulators. You will have the rear 02 sensors removed so you plug the 02 simulators in the harness of those sensors to prevent an SES light. The 02 simulators give a "dummy signal" to the PCM tricking it into thinking that there are functional cats on the car and that the rear 02 sensors are in place and working. Your off-road y-pipe won't even have the provisions necessary to install the rear 02 sensors, your headers however, will have the bungs to install the front sensors. The front 02 sensors you will definitely need.
, where can i get these, at a parts house, also i will need the o2 wire extentions for the 2 front o2 sensers.

Yeah, you will probably need a pair of 02 extensions, the 12" ones should be fine, just make sure they are the flat connector type. As for the 02 simulators, I will dig up a couple links where I got mine and PM you.
