pretty simple question..
hey everyone.. i jjust did an egine tranny swap in my 97 camaro (lt1/t56 tranny). MY old motor had 130k miles on it and this one has 70k less so it runs alot smoother and is more responsive but my only problem is the new engine doesnt fire up right away everytime, not that my old one did, but i figured id get at least that luxury with the swap anyways the new motor has a new optispark wires and plugs are good, what other components could i change out to get her to fire up right away.. ?? thanks in advance!

is it normal for my car to vibrate @ idle, its not much but enough for me to feel it in the car and see it shaking my shifter ****.. i just figured its the massive amount of power my motor has (thats a little bit of sarcasm)..

i just changed out the batter, ill check the connections and ill pray that its not the starter (its a pain to get to)... when i start the car it sometimes "groggles" (is that a word?) and struggles to start, i dont really think its to big of an issue but i wouldl ove for it to fire up first round, you know? in regards to the motor mounts well the gentleman who sold me the engine gave me his mounts as well and they are in good shape.. but vibration is coming from the engine, i guess my question is should the car vibrate a little bit when in idle?

it really isnt that much of a pain, but anyway check and make sure the wires arent corroded or even damaged, mine was hard to start and i was messing around with the wires and came acoss one that was spilt. replaced it and now car starts fine. it must have been putting a draw a the battery.

okay im going to take a look at the starter in the morning but man that vibration is killin me.. it doesnt happen all the time but when it does man i swear its annoying.. could it be an exhaust leak?? or maybe a loose rocker arm?? it almost feels like a misfire but there is no serv eng sign.. im going to "jack" her up in ( ) in the morning and take a looksie at the starter, what should i look for in regards to the vibration?? thanks in advance!!
