Angry Problems with lower milage motor. HELP!

My 95 has only 60,000 miles on it and I have a ticking noise. I have bbk headers and a moroso C.A.I. It was ticking and the rocker bolts were not staying tight. So I bought Cranes gold 1.6 roller rockers and crane energizer pushrods, but i still have a ticking noise. It is not the headers, Imade sure they were not leaking anwhere. My one book said to tighten the rockers 3/4 of a turn and the other book said 1 full turn. I turned them 3/4. Ive been told its lifters or possible cam or that I need to turn them 1 full turn. I dont even know where to start. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Are you sure its not just the injectors?? They're notoriously loud on LT1s.

I honestly don't know, I know of some cars with aftermarkets but I never pay attention, I just kinda learned to tune it out...but it still makes me paranoid from time to time.
