problems with new motor

so my 95 now has a 97 LT1. I just got it back Tuesday and took it to the track last night. It slowed down almost a whole second from my old motor. I got 11 MPG!!! And it just doesn't want to launch. 60' was off by .3

Any ideas of what could be causing this??

Did you swap the knock sensor back to a OBD 1 sensor or are you using the OBD 2. Is the checck engine light on?
