I used lt4 rocker arm with my cc306 they work great, had the proforms and they wear and the body starts rubbing on the polylocks.

I have the 1.6 sa scorpion rockers.
That have taken ALOT of abuse and the same set have held up on 2 motor setups. Pricing point is really good and they are made in the usa

I have had proform extruded roller rockers on two SBCs, no problems yet. One set was on a 5500 rpm 305, the other set is currently on the 6.5-7kRPM 355.

I ran a set of proforms for 80,000+ miles without a problem. No big springs or anything, though.

My Ford 302 1.6 Proform aluminum rockers started to break at about 10k miles. That was with only a .510 lift cam also. Dont get them, they suck!!!!!

These are good, because they are rebadged Crane's. Get them, or the Crane's, whichever is cheaper because they are identical.

So the general consensus is stay away from Proform - I will look at the Pro Mags & the "unbadged" Crane rockers (especially if they look better)
Thanks for all the input.
