wedge a hammer handle in the whole on the fly wheel or use and impact to take them off. Either way works. Imapct is alot easyer if you have one.

Edit- You have M6 I guess. try to put a pry bar inbetween the starter teeth and block. It will be hard to do with one person but that is what it will take. Might try a flywheel turner too.

If it is the stock flywheel, you can put a smaller diameter screw driver through one of the holes on the outer edge of the flywheel. Rotate it counter clockwise till it lodges against the block. You should then be able to break the bolts loose with no problem. This is the way I do it anyway.

Wait, let me get this straight....you have an engine out of your car totally dissassembled....and you dont have a screwdriver?!?!

I like the impact wrench idea, but if you dont have a screwdriver you most likely dont have an impact, impact wouldnt require the flywheel being held still.

LOL yeah that would be the case, all I have is this big beefy brawny screwdriver with no way to fit in through a pressure plate hole, the irony is amazingly humorous, and of course no I have no impact wrench

Jegs part # 555-80530

Flywheel turning tool, basically your only option unless you happen to have an air compressor, then buy yourself an impact for $39.99
