Pushrod Length Selection?

Pushrod Length Selection?
Some of you will remember that since finally recieving the long block from the original builder, I decided on a different cam and went with AFR heads instead of the stockers they freshened up, so I'm not sure the new pushrods the builder sent are correct for the new formula and I'm to the point of needing to install them. They're labeled as: Comp Cams 7808-16 CS HE Roller Pushrods 87-up.
I'm now running the 224/236 -114 Extreme Blower series cam, Comp Pro-R lifters, Comp 1.6 NSA rockers, 3/8" guideplates, 7/16" studs, on AFR 195 LT4 heads.
Stock length is about 7.2" from what I gather. I have an adjustable-length 5/16" pushrod that AI provided for me to verify with, but I've never used one before and am not sure I understand how to. I'm mostly looking for some feedback as to what others with similar formulas used, and what method works best to verify the correct length? TIA...

Awesome, thanks! I'd been told they had some info there, but I tried getting on their site all day yesterday and kept getting messages that it didn't exist...
