Depends exactly which wheels you got... year, width, ZO6 or not, repro or factory. Some of them have a 65mm offset, which can cause a minor problem with backspace and require a thin spacer. You will likely have to lightly grind the inner diameter of the hub opening in the rear wheels, since the rear hub on the 94 is larger than the front hub.

its funny cuz i just got on my factory c5 wheels (18+17) off of a 00 or 01 vette.heres the problems i came across.the 18 in the back go on fine but when u take them off they are pressed onto the hub and u have to beat the sh** out of it to have it pop loose.so yes i would dremel out the rear rims and clean up the hub real well(brake cleaner and dremel off the rust.after all that you should be good.the fronts should go on and come off fine.good luck.

If they are stuck on that tight when you try to remove them, you apparently "force fit" them by pulling them down with the lug nuts..... always a bad idea. The rear hub on the early 4th Gens is 0.03" larger than the front. Known problem, that needs to be addressed before you put the wheels on the car. NEVER force the wheels on with the lug nuts.
