Question about exhaust manifolds.

Are the 94-95 exhaust manifolds different then the 96-97 manifolds? I know the headers are different but I was wondering if you can put a 94-95 y-pipe and cat back on a 96-97 car with factory manifolds. Thanks.

Come on guys. Someone chime in with the answer. It is my understanding that they are the same and the y-pipe with the cats is different. I'm in an arguement with someone so give me proof.

the 96-97 exhaust is different. the manifolds are shorter because the driver side goes straight into the cat. you need 94-95 manifolds for a 94-95 y pipe. a catback can be mated with some small work
