PB Blaster Seems to be pretty popular. I use a product on some of my rifles and pistols. It is called Kroil. Have any of you ever used / heard of it? I was wondering how it would work for this application.
Kroil is mfg. by Kano Laboratories

When i tried to take the o2 sensor out of my passenger manifold it would not come.
Even after i had the manifold out of the car and in a vice, with a huge pipe on the end of the wrench, the hex part of the sensor was starting to twist but the whole thing wouldnt budge.

So I need a M22 to fit my header air threads? Just regular bolts, flat? I'll call napa and see whats up! What do I do with my air system though?

I used my stock manifold bolts.. had to shorten some of them. You will also have to take the steering linkage out if you haven't done that.

I screwed the check valve onto the header itself without the air fitting (Metal tubing). I cut the air hose a little to make up for the length, topped it off on the check valve and it works fine. ----I have Kook's LT's with the AIR/EGR provisions so they might differ from your Pacesetters.

I work at a shop part time during the summer, and one of them had an O2 socket. Don't know if anyone knows what it is, but it came right out with it! It's just a real deep socket, with a slit running from the bottom to almost the top, that allows the wires to not get in the way.
