A race: Be the first to analyze a datalog!

Finally took the car for its first run, been a long wait.Car runs okay but not right.the idle will not idle at the taget of 800 always higher and erratic.maybe iac possibly?when slowing to a stop it doesnt want to drop down to targeted idle.throttle stop screw is backed out so thats not it.there are two 1/4 inch holes drilled in the throttle blades to get it to idle without them the iac maxes and it wont stay running.fuel psi is 43 with vac line off psi regulator, slightly lower with it on.Car is very rich as you can see by the O2 sensors. Please take a look and point out any problems you see,I dont want to run this thing if it isnt right.Mail order from alvin, mods in sig Does anyone know his email I"d like him to take a look also maybe needs a retune? Links in csv and uni format.thanks anyone

So you backed the throttle stop screw all the way out... and it wouldnt stay running... so you drilled holes in the throttle blades to get it running and now it idles high? why didnt you screw the throttle stop screw in a little bit more to crack open the blades a bit? you should be able to put a peice of paper in the throttle body between the blades and the housing and when you pull it it should come out with only a little resistance. If the throttle stop is all the way out it won't idle because of that.

tbody stop screw

I tried to get it to idle that way but, the tps voltage was way high by screwing the stop screw in and the iac counts were maxed out at 160,wouldnt idle hence the holes some people seem to have that prob with the holley

You probably need to spend some time working the idle air passage over, make sure theres no casting flash plugging it and make sure the bores are smooth too.

All I get from the link is a screen that allows me to copy the file link, which is what was already used to access the screen in the first place. I've never had any luck with that site.

Technically, the stuff it links too might be questionable under board policy. Might want to try another service.
