Racetronix 255 PnP kit

Quick question, I did a search, but I was wondering if you need a different fuel filter with one of these pumps, or will the regular fuel filter cut it? Also, how much does this system flow? Do they have any form of upgrades for this kit?

You don't need a diff fuel filter. I'm running a stock one. The pump itself flows 255lph, hinting the name. The kit probably shouldn't need any upgrades unless you are going forced induction.

Depending on your HP level you may require the pump assembly with or without the harness.

If you need more HP support you can always add a pump booster to the harness as a PnP option.

The pressure is controlled by the regulator. Having enough pump volume helps maintain pressure.

I'm sorry, I didn't mean how much can it pump, I meant how much hp can the system support.

Re: Racetronix 255 PnP kit

Just wanted to reply on here about Racetronix's customer service. I posted last Friday when I got the kit, semi jokingly, that there wasn't any instructions with the kit for $250. If you email them you will get instructions emailed back to you. Those instructions aren't completely correct - I see now that this is why the kit doesn't include them. They have made installing the pump even easier than the instructions dictate - very easy install.

I don't know who in the heck the guy or girl is that kept emailing me back yesterday while I was installing but i'll tell you what - they were on point to help. Within 8 minutes (checking my logs on gmail) I had a response - that's freaking above and beyond. Do you guys pay for an online Emergency Response Support Staff or something?????

Anyway point is, with this person answering my questions right away I was able to install the pump very quickly - no need to wait around for help from the company, they were damn near immediate in answering.

Thanks whoever you are
