random bogging, little help please

The heater circuits get 12V on the brown wire. With key on, measure between the brown and black (ground) wires in the harness connector. 12V power comes from fuse #6 in the under hood box, but if that was blown, you would get codes for the O2 sensor heater circuits, and the other items on the same circuit (skip shift, reverse lockout, EVAP and EGR solenoids).

There is a problem with the 94 shop manual
Not to confuse issues so if you are the OP disregard this post.
I noticed a very interesting thing about the 1994 shop manual. The pages in the manual that deal with O2 circuit problems like DTC44, 45 63,64 and 65 on pages 6E3 A 90, 92, 114,116 and 118. Shows the 12 volts coming from fuse number 11 U/H. But on page 8A-11-12 fuse distribution page, it shows the correct fuse #6. Those with shop manuals take note and correct the pages.
Wonder if the 95 manual corrected that problem
Just FYI

You sure you're looking at the correct fuse location?

I have no check engine lights so im sorry i cant tell you about them. Sheesh i am giving all the info i have and know and appreciate all the help but you dont need to act like i am a complete tool! Sorry if i waste your time man
im trying to be nice and really am greatful.. i just dont know as much in all this electrical as you guys. you 2 have been excellent to me and its tracking down the right stuff. really am sorry if i took up your time. but when i get the car running again i hope this fixes the issue. checking my blowby tomorrow and will create a new post to not clutter this one.

i only have 1 code, that is 77, and thats for the manual fan how it was hooked up.
out of those ones you did list im not sure which ones get removed in my tune? i know the skip shift code was but im not sure on the others? perhaps the other ones can be removed. i assume they are all emission codes. except the reverse lockout. which i dont know if that can be removed? and ive never seen that code on the car.
for tune: i said emissions were taken off car, also the AC is removed and the skip shift is been disabled. so whatever codes are with that? but still, im not getting heater circuit codes
