Random Misfire

Can that be caused by the opti or the spark plug wires?

plugs, wires, coil , ignition control module, optispark can all cause that

i check the opti and the bottom 2 wires on the left side of the opti were not pluged in and i cannot get them to click for some reason?

the fumes might hurt it and youll never get em off again. pull the wires off, get some needle nose pliers and pull the electrode out some so you can make a better contact
