rBL at stuck at 108

Most of the short term numbers I saw were between 115 and 125 for both banks.
Ever since the dyno session, the rBL hasn't been at 108. The tuner set it to a point where the left bank would be in the 140's/130's and the right would be in the 120's/ teens. Left bank was at 139 and right bank was at 133 at the start of this "light cruise" and by the end they were at 122 and 120. I usually see a much larger split than that, about 10-15 points.
As far as the O2's being high, they were really low whenever I saw knock retard. The times I accelerated and saw knock retard, the O2 mV's on both sides would drop to around 50 or lower.
