Rear main seal, hard?

Rear main seal, hard?

Doing the clutch(literaly), how hard is it to change the rear main seal? Any pics, tutorials would be helpful.

Cool

Very easy. Also a good idea to change the pilot bearing while you're there.

Pop the old seal out witha screwdriver or something. Be careful not to scar/scrape the crank/block. Install the new by carefully and evenly tapping it in with a rubber hammer or PVC pipe if you have the right size.

Which one do I need? Im guessing its the more expensive one.

It's the one piece one. I got mine at Advance Auto for $20 and change. It was a National (the Fel Pros I've bought in the past were repackaged Nationals).
