Rear main seal, hard?

Very easy. Also a good idea to change the pilot bearing while you're there.
Pop the old seal out witha screwdriver or something. Be careful not to scar/scrape the crank/block. Install the new by carefully and evenly tapping it in with a rubber hammer or PVC pipe if you have the right size.

Which one do I need? Im guessing its the more expensive one.
