rear o2 sims

rear o2 sims
I just had a set of Pacesetter Longtubes and ORY installed on my 97 z28.
I have no place to put the rear O2 sensors since the ORY doesn't have cats.
I figure I can put o2 sims in there and be done with it, but where can I get the correct ones for my car?
or can I make them easily?

Re: rear o2 sims
Hard to find SIMs because they are illegal and the federal government has gone after manufacturers like Casper, and put them out of the SIM business with huge fines. Probably have to buy off eBay, and hope they actually work and aren’t just cheap Chinese fakes. Have you considered having the after-cat O2 sensors “tuned out”?

Re: rear o2 sims
pcmforless is still doing LT1 tuning. But Brian Herter no longer does the tuning, and there are reports (I have no personal experience w/ them) of the quality no longer being the same. If it’s no more involved than tuning out the after-cat sensors, and knowing how to do that to avoid a “system not ready” flag, shouldn’t be a problem though.
