Removing door panels

Does anyone have a guide to safely remove the door panels or just can tell me what i have to do to take them out? Im trying to get to the trim pieces that surround the window controls and the doors locks, ect that are on the door. My car is a 95 trans am

The trim piece that holds the window switches just pops out, no screws.
