Removing Hard heater lines.

Removing Hard heater lines.
Over the last few months I have completely replaced the cooling system on my car, the last step is the heater hoses. (Look for a write up of the heater core soon) My problem is removing the heater line assymbly. The screw that secures it to the frame rail is rounded out. Sort of cutting it off somehow, does anyone have any suggestions?

Yes it's a Torx head, The bits have rounded it out and are slipping now. I can't grind off the head as there is not enough room to get in there. I figure there are a couple of options.
*I was thinking about pushing the aluminum line holder back and forth until it breaks, but there isn't enough room
*use a pry bar until I strip the screw through the metal, but lack of room is still an issue
* try to cut the shank of the screw with a hacksaw, but not sure that would work yet.
I noticed that the lines fit into slits in the holder but they seem impossible to op the lines out. I really want this put of the car so I can fit new hoses on.

Jesus... everything was going great until the coolant restrictor inlet started crumbling... any idea where I can get one? Or something else that would work?
Its a 3/4 hose fitting with a medium-large drill bit sized restriction inside.

I cut the nipple off one end, used it as a splice between the 2 hoses with no issues. FYI the aluminum (manufacturer) compression clamps on the original part can be sawed thru with a hacksaw (gently) to remove the entire part. Use worm screw hose clamps & butt up the hoses on the nipple. Once they're connected, monitor for leaks cuz I had one clamp slightly twisted allowing a drip of fluid. Also, the seam is on the water pump side where the unit separates and is the end from which I cut the nipple. I searched for the part online to no avail.
