Removing Motor mounts?

In order to remove the bushing, do i need to drill/chisel the rivets out?

Basically Im buying some poly mounts and need to remove the stock ones, and will the new ones come with the hardware to replace those rivets?

Yes, you'll need to drill out the spot welds that hold them together. The kit should come with some zipties which will hold the pieces together until you bolt them down.
