Anyone have any instructions how to remove this and how to reroute the lines?

I can see no reason why you would want to remove it. All the obsession about removing things on the LT1 kinda baffles me. Most of this stuff has to do with emissions. I am not exactly a tree hugger, but if the stuff is there to help protect the environment and removing it does nothing to affect horsepower, why would you not maintain it in working order? If you have lived long enough, you will already know how much we have screwed up the environment.

Can we assume that if you are only worried about mounting Corvette fuel rail covers, your problem is not the EEC canister, but is the EEC purge solenoid, that sits on the bracket on the passenger side of the intake? If that's a problem - and I have no idea if it is, because I'm not a fan of covering up the injectors and rails and retaining heat - just move the solenoid. Don't remove the entire EEC canister system.
I'm with Rob/Shoebox. AIR, EGR and EEC do NOT hurt performance in any way. The EEC system keeps a lot of fuel stink out of your car. I'm running an 800HP stroker, and as long as it was street driven, I went out of my way to keep all those systems operating.

we cut out a little bit on the covers and sanded them nicely =), there was a post on the polished ones i bought sometime back or you can checkout http://home.ptd.net/~badbird/savage_customs.htm and have custom ones built up but they will definately cost you some $.

Here's the trick, remove the items from the bracket and just shove them down in the valley between the intake and the valve covers...
