replace 94 lt1 camaro header gaskets
#2
Hopefully the person that installed them was smart enough to put 1 inch long bolts in them. Then it's a simple matter of leaving the 2 outside screws in while you install the gaskets which have slots.
If the old ones don't have slots when you go to remove them, leave one end screw in and remove the other end. Then replace it before removing the other end. Obviously the 4 middle screws are out while you do this. What ever you do, try to keep at least one bolt in place at all times.
If you pull them out and they are the typical 3/4 inch length. Replace them with 1 inch while you do the job. Makes for a much easier time the next time you have to do it.
Incidentally, don't put copper between aluminum and steel. Even if it's stainless steel.
