replaced new opti now no start

yah I just found that out now. Somehow the guy who installed it for me had the cam dowl pin in one of the cloverleaf holes where the bolt heads from the cam should go. Was'nt even in any of the slots. LOL But maybe this time it will get into the actual slot.
