That's not really going to be helpful. You need to measure the bores to make sure they're straight from top to bottom and check to make sure there isn't any glazing on the cylinder walls. If the engine has a blown head gasket and it has been sitting for any length of time then you probably have rust forming which will require you to hone the cylinders at the very least

If the engine is out and you're going to disassemble anyway take it to a machinist who can hot tank it and make sure the bores are straight before you worry about ordering parts.
