I'm a bafoon...but I've never pulled my valve covers off. I"m interested in getting some Rockers for the LT...but I was wondering what kind of Rocker setup does the LT-1 have? Is it the V-shaped style or the Horizontal style?

Also what do you guys think about these?

BTW...Does the Rocker install involve anything other than removing the Altinator and and pulling the Valve covers?

Anyone know a good place to get valve springs?

The link didnt work for me. All you have to remove is the valve covers and alternator to change out the rocker arms.

I would reccomend comp springs or maybe even the LT4's if you arent going to get too radical.
