Roller Rocker Question

Depends ... if you're using aftermarket, Crane Gold Narrow body, Self-aligning 1.6 rockers then they work under the stock covers with no mods ... if the rockers are the "standard" size rockers then as Chevyz4life writes, the cover interior braces needed to be worked on. I'm told the Chevy 1.6 rollers that come with the full "hotcam or LT4 kits" are actually made by Crane and are the narrow body type and work with no interference. Why not set the rocker covers in place (no bolts) and crank the engine on the starter only and see if the covers start moving around?
