Running bad

This is my 94 z28 m6. It has been missing lately and such but I was checking things out and found that the throttle body looked really really dirty with oily and dirt. I don't remember it being this bad a few months ago. This pic is after I cleaned it up some. It was really bad. I was thinking it may be from the vent line from the valve cover?? The other is my plug. I thought it looked ok. I just pulled one cus it was easy to get too. There is some crud around the edges but the electrode looks ok.

the pics help, although the plug pic is blurry. The plug looks ok with a tannish color on the porcelin <sp>? The throttle body is definitely dirty, should removed it and clean as well as the internal passages. Then I would do a full tune up, fuel filter, cap and rotor for opti, plugs, plug wires, pcv, air filter. Check fuel pressure also. HTH

fuel pressure good new pump and filter a couple months back. Not really looking forward to plugs and wires. I think the opti would be easier lol. I need headers haha but no money.
