In the hot condition when you turn key do you hear fuel pump prime? I would check that first as mine has been acting weird since the vats was disabled and when I pull my pcm fuse my fuel pump doesnt want to get signal for a while even with security light off.

yes fuel pump primes just wont start till it cools off a bit its the only thing im waiting to fix b4 paint dont want to b crawling all over car after fresh paint lol

Also did you check for leaky injector or just assume you dont have one based upon it running for an hour and good on cold starts?

had fuel rail off after prime no leaking its got me stumped never had a injected vehicle do that

Almost impossible to understand this with the total lack of punctuation, but if I read it right, you tested the ICM 6 times, and SOMETHING got slower each time. Do you mean it became harder to start (took longer) on each successive test? Did you apply heat to the ICM while it was being tested.... a hair dryer is a handy tool.

If the ICM is shorting internally with heat soak, or creating an open circuit, it should set codes and those codes DO NOT turn on the SES light. Have you scanned it for codes?
