RWHP from bolt ons

I have been reading posts about different bolt on improvements, and headers seem to be the biggest place to make good hp. How much rwhp and rwtq can be made from a LT set up over stock manifolds? Anyone have any dyno info...before and after exhaust?

I made a good 40 RWHP peak from stock to Headers, exhaust, and CAI. If I get a chance tonight, I'll post the dyno graph comparisons.

Pacesetter LT will net around +/-25rwhp intake will net between 8-15 rwhp. Both will run about 500 bucks and are prob. the 2 most common mods for a good gain.

There aren't very many "bolt on" options for the LT1. Pretty much intake, headers, ewp, and a tune should get an m6 lt1 into the 300rwhp range. Add on rockers and you should be looking at ~310-315rwhp.

Good info. Do you have any track #'s before and after LT's? I want to do LT's next but wanted to see what kind of real world results they had for others.

when they were installed on my car they were actually proto-types for edlebrock.

pretty cool to know that i have the 2nd set of these headers ever made.

the bolton record is 327rwhp & 354rwtq threw an m6. But this is everything available and not common. With a m6 car and every bolton should get you 315-320rwhp. Enough for high 12's @ 108-110

I'm pretty sure you're talking about this car.

Is there a list of what's considered a bolt on?
