LOL, you don't get smoke from pouring it in where you did. It's only when ingested in heavy concentration to burn in the cylinders (like through a vacuum line).

Re: Seafoam??? what happend???

you'll only get a crap load of smoke if you spray it into the intake manifold itself.. You just put it in the crankcase and the fuel tank, which is fine. But if you do the intake that will help too. It will clean all the carbon deposits and crap. Just let it sit in there for about 15mins or soo and you'll be good.

LOL, Dude! If you want smoke it is on the way. You can use the power brake vac ling, but you will need to reduce the line size. Find a way to make the hose smaller, or you will kill the engine as soon as you stick the hose in the can.

No, it does need to be long enough. It also needs to feed all the cylinders. Most of the small vac lines are close to intake prots, so, it would just a few intakes and not all of them.

Re: Seafoam??? what happend???

Pour it from the can into the brake vaccuum line.

Don't smother the engine bad enough to stall.

That's the non-rocket science solution to the "line being too big."

Re: Seafoam??? what happend???

Just use the brake booster line.

I think the easiest way to do it is to pour it in to a can or something with a bigger opening. Keep your thumb over the booster hose and start the car.
then put the hose in to the sea-foamand just barely move your thumb.
Once you do it a few times it gets pretty easy to do.

Re: Seafoam??? what happend???

or just modulate how much comes out by the angle of the can while youre dumping it into the line, it'll suck it in so no need to worry about spilling any....and change your oil soon cuz now all that crap the seafoam dislodged in your CC is floating around in your oil

Re: Seafoam??? what happend???

Is this stuff really that good? And is it worth it to do this? Never used it and have only heard about it after seeing it on this site. I also heard someone before mention 'spraying' it into the throttle body. is that correct also? Thanks.
