SES bypass?

I think whoever installed the alarm in the car before I got it bypassed the computer or something and it's throwing the SES code. I tried hooking it up to a computer but it says it can't find it so I'm assuming tha tmeans they jerry rigged it? Unless someone else can think of a reason that the SES code might be on... I just had the entire engine/tranny/rear serviced and flushed everything. It's been on since I bought it along with the Low Coolant light (bad sensor) - Do I need to reset the computer? Is the 95 an OBDI or II b/c I think the guy was trying to hook up a II and I thoguht they were I's so that could be a problem right?

Sorry for rambling, haven't slept in a couple days, work's kicking my ***

does it misfire?

some 95's are OBD2(VERY few) but most of them are OBD 1...reset the PCM and go from there...

All 95 LT1 f-bodies are OBD-I.
