SES Light Went On
I was driving on the parkway and all of a sudden my SES light went on. I looked at all the gauges and I noticed my temperature meter wasen't moving. It was stuck on about 140 and the fans were running. Later on I noticed the fans are on non-stop. What's my problem? I'm guessing thermostat?

Since he has a 1993, he doesn't need a scanner. The code is stored in the ECM, and he can retrieve it by shorting two pins on the ALDL connector, and flashing the code on the SES light.

Shoebox's guide to flashing codes on a 1993
There is no diagnostic for the tranny mount. There is no diagnostic for the thermostat. It is not unusual for some DTC codes to also turn the fans on. That is a very common occurence when you get the code for the AIR pump.
