Single plane for a healthy low clearance 383?

Single plane for a healthy low clearance 383?
I'm putting together a 383 with healthy SBC heads converted to reverse cooling and need opinions on what intake to run. I figure I won't need to have the intake converted since the heads will accept SBC EFI intakes, so why not upgrade to a single plane. The heads have been fully ported and flow 330+cfm at .700 lift.
Motor will have all forged internals and my goal is 700 rwhp without going over 6500rpm. It will have either a D1SC or a F1A. Car will be strictly street.
I'd like to keep everything tucked under my SS hood with little to no cutting of the cowl or hood, and if at all possible, keep my 4 point STB, might get a 3 point if needed.
I've got a Vic Jr and a nice 1350cfm 4 barrel throttle body. I would like to use the 4 barrel throttle body, but I guess a 90º elbow and a stock 58mm or equivalent wouldn't be out of the question. Is the Vic Jr a decent single plane for my application or would a Super Vic or an Accel be better suited? I like the Vic Jr because of the lower clearance, but hear that it isn't the "best" single plane.
So what are my options and has anyone done anything similar?

I'm assuming it will, it looks relatively low profile, but I haven't taken any measurement yet. I have a SS hood, so some of the box area/support area might be able to be removed for clearance.

I don't know what kind of manifold he was running, but this all fit under the stock SS hood. There were some modifications made to the internal structure of the hood though. Engine was a Dart Iron Eagle SBC with Brodix heads.

I have a super vic with a custom elbow and a 90mm acufab t.b and it kinda clears the stock hood(not ss stock z28 one)
I had to cut some of the bracing on the inside of the hood and the hood still touches the t.b when closed but it still closes
I plan to get a new hood eventually but but its a ways down on my priority list
damn your heads flow good I wish mine would flow even 300

Is anyone using a TB that mounts on top of the intake like mine and then have an elbow on top of that?
Anyone think this would fit with little to no cutting of a fiberglass(non-functional) SS hood? I'm hoping that the recessed area for the "ram air" section will be enough for the elbow.
I'm thinking something either like this or something custom for the elbow.
This is in a 68 camaro btw.

I will try to take some pics of my setup over the weekend. I’m running a World Products single plane, Wilson Elbow and a NW 90MM LS1 TB. I had to cut some of the bracing out where the back of the elbow hits the weather-stripping. I also had to cut the area out under the scoop. I will take some pics and it will show what I’m talkin about.

The problems I have read about with the "BIG" single blade setups(like the 90mm) and lean tip in makes me want to stick with my "4 barrel"(its more like a LT1 twin 58mm and a monoblade put together), nice throttle response/drivability under part throttle, but lots of CFM when needed.

What about something like this.

Would it have any advantages over either a stock, ported, or edelbrock LTX manifold?

I was able to take the Accel 90 deg elbow, and take a pie cut out of it tilting it down to fit.
