Hey guys, I think i am going with an slp loudmouth cat back on my 94 z28. My question is can i run without a converter? and If not is a high flo worth the money. Car is stock except for a k and n fipk. I don't plan on any severly high hp mods. Is the slp loud inside the car? I live in a rural state where smog checks are not done for inspection stickers or license plates.

I have read that without a cat the loudmouth is too poppy and raspy and causes or amplifies backfires. I still have the cat on mine and its pretty darn loud at that. It is fairly loud inside the car as well not to mention it vibrates the console and seats but its all good as far as I'm concerned.
