small amount of white smoke..

ok i have been having problems with fuel getting into my oil so i havnt been driving my car.. and as its been sitting for a couple months ive been starting it occasionally and recently i had it running and a small amount (more as it runs) of white smoke is coming from under the drivers side exhaust manifold. or somewhere around there.. anyone know what this can be? ive heard head gasket. it also smells sorta like antifreeze the smoke that is..

What do you consider a small amount. You are not helping a motor by just starting it occasionally. It needs to get up to temp so that any condensation in the motor will be heated up and dissapate. Also if your getting gas in the oil, your probably washing the cylinder walls with gas so they arn't getting lubed.

Check the coolant level in the radiator, not the overflow. Check the oil and see what it looks like.

White smoke = coolant. Do a compression check and/or a coolant pressure check.

(Blue smoke= oil, black smoke=fuel BTW).
