All that and my car passed with flying colors.

What I would suggest is to call up SLP, tell them you bought some of their headers and tell them you need replacement stickers because you're kit didn't come with them. That should get you to pass the visual.
Actually--I was one step ahead of you. I emailed SLP that I was buying a used set of their headers. I hinted around that I would need a CARB number--if I can get a sticker that would even be better (I can find all the CARB numbers I like on the CARB website).

I've never heard of Watson headers. Do you have any pictures?

I'll try to take some digital photos but I've never tried posting pictures on the web. These are coated headers and are distinctive due to the single flange that connects all the tubes (versus individual flanges). These particular headers were also originally carried by Doug Rippie and the quality looks very good. I think Watson is more known for some longtubes they made for ZR-1 Vettes. Watson no longer makes headers but they have a website (www.watsoneng.com).

I'm with most of the other SLP header guys...my car passed with no problems. Went to my local Arco gas station and had it smogged...he just looked for the cats and tested the car. Passed with no problems. I do have a problem now though.

Nope passed before the cam swap...my car is do for smog at the end of this year so I will see how that goes. I'm guessing I'm going to have to make the car non-op until I find a "hook up".
