Spark Plugs: Which heat range?

Bought a new LT1 Trans Am and want to change the plugs on it after I burn through the gas with fuel stabilizer in it.

The car has a stock bottom end with AFR LT4 195cc heads ported/polished by GTP and a 235/242 .568/.592 112 cam........ long-tubes, etc. No power adders.

I like to go with NGK. What do you guys recommend?
