Spark Plugs what do you gap your's at?

I have a set on NGK TR55'S what are you guy's gapping at stock ?

The books says .050, Im running .035

I ordered some NGK TR55's as well.. what do they come gapped at?

I think the rule of thumb is close it down .010 for every 100 HP added, open it back up .005 for an added ignition system. I'm running my 350 RWHP setup at .045 and not having any issues.

TR55's should come pregapped at .050; always verify the gap before installing plugs. For a stock setup, leave your gap at .050

I gapped mine at what the underhood sticker recommends: .050"

.050 always. But msd helps bridge the gap for me.

I think you're missing a zero somewhere in there. Mine are gapped at 0.050, as indicated under the hood and in the owners manual.

You can run them without the electrodes if you want to, but the recommendation is .050 for n/a application.

Make sure to look at every plug as some of my new tr55s were slightly off the .050 mark.

Ive been running TR55s at .050 but switched to Autolite 104s gapped at .035 and picked a few MPGs.
